Important Information about Christmas Delivery Timeframes
Brisbane delivery: We will guarantee Brisbane deliveries for orders placed on or before the 23rd December.
Interstate Last Order Dates have passed. We will pack and ship your gift as soon as your order comes in, but there is no guarantee it will arrive before Christmas. Last gifts will leave Inside the Box on the morning of 24th December. Couriers will deliver between Christmas and New Year during weekdays, though not on Public Holidays.
Delivery after ChristmasWe are closed from midday 24th December, returning 26th December. You may still place orders online at any time.
Usual shipping time frames
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-3 workings days (within Australia) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. remote locations). Inside the Box are not to be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Our business days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on all public holidays.
Our returns policy
Your shopping experience is important to us. We want you to feel confident in your purchasing/returns process and we will accept returns due to the following:
Damaged or faulty goods
The product may be returned and you can choose to either have it replaced or alternatively we can provide a refund. We will pay the postage costs to have the faulty item returned.
Contact must be made via email within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the damage to email@example.com.
If agreed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undelivered to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
