HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation notification containing a tracking link.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In general, same-city deliveries and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days, but delays may occur due to COVID-19.

Our business days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on all public holidays.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED NOTE IN MY ORDER?

Absolutely! All of our gifts include a complimentary greeting card with optional message. Simply write this request in the appropriate box prior to checking out. 

MY ORDER IS A GIFT - I DO NOT WANT A RECEIPT OR PRICING SHOWN

Not to worry - because the majority of our items are sent as gifts, we never include receipts or packing slips inside the packages.

THE TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately, in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package, but we've found that if it's not hidden by your door, the package is almost always being held at your local post office for pick up. We recommend getting in touch with your post office.

In the rare situation that the post office is not able to locate your package, it is unfortunately beyond our control. Packages that are marked delivered but not received can be attributed to any number of things, including being stolen or lost. We always recommend filing a claim with the carrier, and we'd be happy to file a claim or provide any information they need from our end.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE

We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

Please note that Inside the Box is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We will do everything we can to help you recover your package, but we always recommend tracking your delivery and making sure someone is there to receive it to avoid theft. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNED MAIL

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL

If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Inside the Box. If the package does return, and the customer has chosen not to reship the package, a refund will be provided for the cost of goods only.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BUT AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED. CAN IT BE REPLACED?

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 7 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement if necessary.

Please make sure to open all shipments immediately to check that the items arrived safely. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items that are claimed as damaged after 3 business days from the delivery date.

HELP, I ACCIDENTALLY PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION - CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Please be sure to double check shipping address, personalization, sizing, etc. prior to placing your order. We begin processing orders right away and changes may not be made once the order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have not already shipped your order out. IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PROTECTED?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All of our prices are listed in AUD.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES ON MY BLOG?

Yes. However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any social media that choose to feature our products!

HELP! THE GIFT BOX I WANTED TO PURCHASE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE

We add new gift boxes and remove/change gift box listings regularly. If you were looking at a gift box that is no longer available, email us and we can customize one for you. For inquiries, please email insidetheboxau@outlook.com.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT BOX?

Whether it's bachelorette parties, wedding welcome boxes, or client gifts, we love working one-on-one with customers to find the perfect products for any occasion. If you can't create what you want using our custom Create Your Own box builder, or are looking to purchase a larger quantity of gifts, please email insidetheboxau@outlook.com.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE GIFT BOXES?

Definitely. Please note that gift boxes shipping to separate addresses will need to be placed as separate orders, or, you may email us so that we can calculate separate shipping on our end and provide you with a custom invoice to order. Each box includes an optional name tag so you'll be able to tell them apart.

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?

Each gift box has the option to include a specialty greeting card with a space to provide a message should you wish. You can also choose to have the card sent blank, for you to write a message yourself.

WHAT'S INSIDE EACH GIFT BOX?

We carefully curate each gift box, and we ship exactly what you see listed on the product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock, we will contact you before substituting an item of equal or greater value at no cost to you.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

While we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, for our non-curated boxes shipping is an additional cost. All curated boxes have no shipping cost.
